Carrots, grated
Skimmed milk
Ghee (optional)
Khoya
Cardamoms, crushed and raisins
Almonds / cashew nuts
Sugar Free Natura

15-20 measures,
or to taste *
Method :
- Put the grated carrots and milk into a non-stick pan and cook on a low heat till almost dry.
- Add the ghee, if using, and stir-fre for a few minutes.
- Crumble khoya and stir into the carrot mixture.
- Add the raisins, sliced almonds, cashew nuts, Sugar Free Natura and crushed cardamoms.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
